أستاذ جامعي سوري بريطاني مقيم في لندن، وعالم باحث، ومستشار قيادي.

أستاذ في التصميم الهندسي، والمؤلف الرئيسي لمعجم مصطلحات علوم هندسة الطيران والفضاء، إضافة إلى كتب وأبحاث علمية أخرى.
